Hey, I'm Claire, a 30 year old multi-media artist and Bellingham local.  My work manifests in many ways, including interactive installations, event coordination, photography, sculpture, and performance art.  I like to create work that the public can interact with, because to me, inspiring another person to think creatively is more powerful than any piece that I could make on my own. 

In addition to operating Phoenix Butterfly Design, I have been working in the international nonprofit sector for over a decade, employed by organizations that build and support artisan livelihoods When I'm not arting, I can be found snowboarding, fire spinning, climbing, and whatever other hobby I decide to pursue that week. ​
